Presentation for a 50th Wedding Anniversary.


The Menu

 Roasted tomato, garlic & herb soup with crusty bread (v.)

Coarse terrine of pork with smoked paprika & apple chutney.

Potted prawns with granary toast & mixed leaves.

Goat’s cheese moussaka, potato wedges, side salad (v.)

Seared breast of chicken, bacon & port sauce with fondant potato.

Salmon en croute with spinach, lemon herb butter & new potatoes.

All the above served with a selection of seasonal fresh vegetables.

(Vegetarian option on request.)

Glazed French apple tart with caramel sauce.

Chocolate & orange torte with double cream.

Selection of British cheeses with biscuits & fruits.

Coffee to finish.

The Menu

Roasted red pepper & tomato soup to start.


Followed by a hot buffet consisting of :-  

Rich Beef & red wine casserole, Chicken & leek fricassee,

Roasted rosemary & sea salted potatoes,

Honey glazed parsnips & carrots,Fine green beans.

Assortment of crusty breads & butter,

Mixed green salad.


To finish:-

Citrus cheesecake with raspberry coulis,

Rich chocolate & Baileys tart with clotted cream.

Choice of tea or coffee.

Presentation for a Shoot Dinner

The Menu

Cream of Leek & potato soup (V.)
Pressing of ham & duck terrine, damson jelly.  

Roast Topside of Welsh Black Beef, Yorkshire pudding, roast gravy.
Vegetarian option on request.
(Served with roast potatoes & a selection of fresh seasonal vegetables.)

Dark molten chocolate pudding, topped with vanilla ice.
Lemon meringue pie with double cream.
Profiteroles coated in caramel sauce.

Coffee & mints to finish.

Presentation for a Corporate Dinner

The Menu

Salad of prosciutto & feta, with mango & cucumber salsa, toasted crostini.

Roast leg of Lamb with apricot & sage farce, coated in a port & redcurrant jus.

Dauphinois potatoes, fricasseé of summer vegetables.

Lime & mint Mojito Crème Brulee, crushed raspberries & almond thins.

Coffee & chocolates.

Cheeseboard with British cheeses, biscuits & fruits.

Herefordshire strawberries with clotted cream & sugar on the side.

Milk chocolate cheesecake with white chocolate sauce.

Orange & almond roulade with toasted almonds to dress.

Vanilla & Bailey’s torte coated in raspberry coulis.
