    Thai green Chicken curry (cream based,)

    Roasted vegetable Moussaka,

    (all the above served with basamati rice.)

     

    Accompaniments:-

    Puppodums with

    Mango chutney, yoghurt & mint, flaked coconut, lime pickle, tomato & onion.

     

    For Dessert:-

    A choice of:-

     Mango cheesecake or Sticky meringue with honey & toasted almonds.

    To Finish:-

    We have endeavoured to use local suppliers & produce wherever possible. Fresh meat:-Howard Moseley family butcher (who you will find on the square every Friday.) Strawberries & Asparagus:-S & A Produce, Marden. Free range eggs:-Wynne’s of Dinmore. Cheese:-The Mousetrap. Quince, blackberries, apples & herbs from our gardens!
